Marilyn Rea Nasky’s Ghost Moon at Austin Airport
If you are flying to or from Austin Texas in the next few months, stop by the East Airside Gallery in the Austin Bergstrom International Airport near Gate 8 for an extraordinary exhibit of selected works by the Austin Visual Arts Association (AVAA). AVAA chose 14 local artists ranging in style, medium and background to be part of the ABIA invitational exhibit, which runs through January 28th, 2014. “Grendels Overlook” by Jan Knox at Austin Airport
Austin Art Space had to say goodbye/“adios” to long-time friend and resident artist Nikki Atkinson who is embarking on an exciting journey to San Miguel De Allende. She will be deeply missed but promises to keep in touch and let us know how she is doing on her artistic journey. We had a send-off party for her in July and wish her all the best as she follows her dream.
