Gallery Reception – Artwork Preview: Thursday, Sept 4, 4-6 p.m. Works will remain on display in the front gallery during regular gallery hours until Sept. 20th.

Eligibility: Group Show. Exhibition is open to all 2D and 3D fine arts media. The theme is open to all subject matter.

2D Work: All media accepted for consideration. Work must be wire-strung, ready to hang (no saw- tooth hangers). Not exceeding 50″ in any direction. No ornate frames please.

Entry Fees: There is a non-refundable entry fee, for up to 3 pieces – $25 for non AVAA Members; $20 for current AVAA members. You may submit 3 images for consideration. Your entry fee helps support costs for the show. Thank you!

Payments and entries can be submitted on the APPLY HERE button below by PayPal, debit/credit card or venmo. You do not have to have a PayPal account to apply (Click on PayPal and click on the link that says Pay by debit or credit card. It will allow you to pay by credit card as a guest). Or, if paying by check, email entries and make check payable to AVAA and mailed by the deadline to Kelli Montgomery, c/o AVAA, 1700 Alcove Ct., Austin TX 78757.

To renew memberships, payment via PayPal (or as guest) on the AVAA website under Join Us at http://www.avaaonline.org/join-us. Please see drop down menu under AVAA Memberships & Programs and click on “Show Fee (Member) or (Non Member). Memberships may be renewed by entry deadline.

Entry Format: Only digital submissions will be accepted. Please upload your images (up to 3) through the APPLY HERE link.

Judging: Artwork will be chosen from submitted entries. Notifications will be by emailed by Aug. 19 at 5 p.m.

Sales: No commissions are taken on the artwork. Art must remain on display for the duration of the show. Payments to the artists will be made within 15 days after the close of show. Artists are responsible for their own sales tax. Work sold during the exhibition through credit card payment is subject to 4% processing fee (so please factor that into your price).

Regular gallery hours are: Fridays, noon-3, and Saturdays, 11-5.

Delivery: Hand-delivered work will be received at Austin Art Space on Sat., Aug. 23, noon-4 p.m.

Return of Artwork: Artists or artist representatives are responsible for picking up their work on Saturday, Sept 20, noon-4 pm. All works must be picked up on this date.

Promotion: Artists participating in the show are asked to promote the show held at Austin ArtSpace to their patrons and contacts. We are a volunteer-based group and need help spreading the word. Thank you!
