photo-56Greater Tomorrow Youth Art Program (GTYAP), in collaboration with Austin Visual Arts Association, presents Face of Time, an exhibition of artwork produced by participants in GTYAP. Face of Time features 16019
drawings, paintings, and mixed-media.

Established in 2002, GTYAP uses explorative activities in art to foster analytic thinking needed for balanced intellectual development. GTYAP’s child-centered approach inspires productive dialogue, hands-on learning activities, and social interaction. The program encourages participants to draw on experiences acquired in school and the larger community in the creation of meaningful and purposeful art knowledge and skills. GTYAP facilitates cognitive development and acquisition of creative skills.

For more information, please contact GTYAP Director, Dr. Christopher Adejumo, by email at c.ade@austin.utexas.edu.
